Recently, we have discovered that TPN Global did not comply with the protocols set by the National Directors (ND) by sending a Miss Universe Queen to participate in another pageant before completing her reign. We deeply regret any incidents where these actions have violated our internal protocols and expectations.

The role of a Miss Universe winner is not only an honor but also a responsibility that requires dedication and respect for the commitments agreed upon. For this reason, we have made the difficult decision to withdraw the third runner-up title from the person who had been honored with it, due to the breach of her contractual obligations by participating in an external pageant. This decision underscores our expectation that all winners fulfill their duties throughout their entire reign. The actions of the ND compromise the decorum and professionalism of the Queen’s full 12-month service.

Therefore, starting May 1, 2025, the Miss Universe Organization will emphasize and enforce strict regulations for all National Directors (ND) regarding this specific matter. Our shared goal is to empower the Miss Universe family to maintain mutual respect, faith, and trust among all its members.

Pattaya City, Thailand — The tropical sun wasn’t the only thing glowing this past weekend! Reigning Miss Universe 2024, Victoria Kyaer Theilvig, touched down in beautiful Pattaya alongside her competition sisters for a dazzling three-day photoshoot that celebrated culture, confidence, and community.

Joining Victoria were continental queens Tatiana Calmell (Miss Americas), Matilda Wirtavuori (Miss Europe and Middle East), Chelsea Manalo(Miss Asia), and the radiant Chidimma Adetshina (Miss Africa & 1st Runner-Up). Their home base for the weekend? The serene and sophisticated Melia Pattaya Hotel—a true haven of luxury and relaxation. From the warm hospitality to the lush surroundings, this beachfront retreat proved to be the perfect backdrop for a “beautifully confident” staycation.

 

 Day 1: Poolside Glamour & Beachside Breeze

The queens kicked off their Pattaya adventure with sun-soaked moments at the hotel’s tranquil pool and the lively LAY Beach Club. Styled in effortlessly chic swimwear by Aprilpoolday, the queens radiated confidence as they embraced the golden light and tropical vibe.

“LAY Beach Club was a club I’d love to return to!”, Shared Matilda. “The privacy of the club ensured a calm and relaxed atmosphere, yet the view of the ocean right in front of us gave a feel of the ocean breeze. The food and drinks served were delicious and nutricious to keep us energized even under the blazing sun”

 Day 2: Zen Mode at Aquatique Garden

As the morning sun rose over Pattaya’s shimmering horizon, the continental queens of Miss Universe glided gracefully through the Aquatique Garden, just a stone’s throw from the Melia Pattaya Hotel. Dressed head-to-toe in sleek, breathable ensembles by WakingBee, the women embraced the power of movement, mindfulness, and the moment.

With Tatiana, Miss Americas, taking the lead, the group eased into gentle yoga stretches under the lush canopy of tropical greens. From downward dogs to warrior poses, their flow mirrored more than just physical strength—it reflected the beautiful confidence each woman carries within.

“Tatiana’s energy is so calming,” said Chidimma, Miss Africa. “She reminds us all to pause, breathe, and stay grounded in our purpose.”

The soft ocean breeze danced through the leaves, bringing with it a refreshing calm that set the tone for the rest of the day. Even amidst the shoots and cameras, there was a stillness—a collective serenity that bonded the women deeper.

“what I loved the most was the view—just having the ocean right in front of us. It gave me such a great sense of space and a fresh perspective. It’s such a relaxing place, and there’s still plenty to do outdoors..” Tatiana, Miss Americas, commented with a radiant smile.

Throughout the day, the queens took turns sharing IG stories, snapping solo portraits, and soaking in the natural beauty that surrounded them. From candid laughs to quiet reflections, every frame captured a slice of authenticity—the kind that defines what it means to be “beautifully confident.”

Day 3: Self-Care, Sisterhood, and a Farewell to Remember

As their unforgettable weekend in Thailand drew to a close, Miss Universe 2024 Victoria Kyaer Theilvig carved out a quiet moment just for herself. Before the final wrap, she snuck into the gym at Melia Pattaya Hotel for a solo cardio session—her signature morning ritual to clear the mind and energize the soul.

“It’s not about the workout—it’s about how I show up for myself,” Victoria shared later, still glowing with that post-sweat sparkle. 

Her commitment to wellness, even during a packed shoot weekend, is just one example of the discipline and heart behind the crown.

Meanwhile, Chidimma, Miss Africa and 1st Runner-Up, invited Victoria for a serene afternoon at YHI Spa, where the two indulged in restorative treatments and much-needed downtime. From calming massages to rejuvenating facials, the spa’s luxurious ambiance offered a peaceful sanctuary before their final call.

“There’s something sacred about slowing down,” Chidimma said. “Especially when you’ve been moving so fast. YHI Spa was pure bliss.”

A Picture-Perfect Ending

To wrap their sunlit adventure, Victoria, Tatiana, Matilda, Chelsea, and Chidimma gathered for one last moment—posing with the Melia Pattaya Team for a heartfelt farewell photo. Smiles beamed, arms linked, and gratitude overflowed.
